Shipping and returns

Shipping:


EXOMED offers its customers two ways to receive the products purchased in the Online Store.

The customer may choose to pick it up at the store or by a shipment through the carrier TNT.
Delivery fees are always paid by the client. The value of postage varies depending on weight.



Any order will be shipped only after the confirmation of payment.



NOTE: TO AVOID UNNECESSARY SHIPPING, ALL CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS BY CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE MADE UNTIL 00:00 OF THE SAME DAY BY E-MAIL (info@exomed.pt)



Returns:

Deadline for returns is 15 days after shipping.

Situations for Return:
- Manufacturing Defect.
- Cheating in Article submission on our part.

In case of return, the article will only be accepted provided that it is returned in original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was received. Postage charge is the customer's responsability.

EXOMED DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE TRANSPORT OF GOODS. WE RECOMMEND THAT PACKAGES ARE CHECKED ON THE ACT OF DELIVERY.
